At Numerix, we are committed to supporting talented women in the capital markets through our annual Women in Finance Scholarship opportunity.
The Women in Finance Scholarship is aimed at encouraging and supporting talented women in the field of finance, particularly those pursuing careers in financial asset management, market risk management, structured finance, fixed-income, and derivatives within the capital markets.
Launched in 2014 as the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship, this annual initiative is awarded to one eligible woman to help support graduate-level studies in Finance.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must:
- Be enrolled and attending a Master's or PhD Finance program on a full-time basis
- Have commenced your post-graduate Finance studies no earlier than January 1, 2025 or no later than February 1, 2026
- Have less than 10 years of total work experience, and less than 5 years of professional experience in the financial field
- Be a female citizen of any country who is enrolled in a post-graduate program in Finance at an accredited university
The application period for the 2025 Women in Finance Scholarship is now open! Applications must be submitted by May 30, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. We will not be able to consider applications received after this deadline.
The winner of the 2025 Women in Finance Scholarship will receive payment of the scholarship in late Summer 2025.
