Announcing Numerix's 2025 Women in Finance Scholarship

March 7, 2025 -- In recognition of International Women's Day on March 8, Numerix, a leading capital markets quantitative analytics technology provider, is pleased to announce the 11th annual Women in Finance Scholarship. This year will mark $220,000 total given to deserving students over the years.
International Women's Day celebrates the achievements of women around the world while highlighting the importance of creating opportunities for women to thrive. As part of the ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of female finance leaders, Numerix will award a $20,000 scholarship to one outstanding graduate student pursuing a career in finance. Applications open on April 9, 2025.

Having experienced firsthand the impact of mentorship and support in my career, I'm honored to play a role in helping the next generation of women enter and succeed in this field," said Keryn Koch, Numerix’s Chief HR Officer.

For over a decade, the Women in Finance Scholarship has helped aspiring female leaders in the financial industry. The 2023 scholarship recipient, Jhanvi Shah, uses her financial award to pursue a master's degree.
"The scholarship not only validated my hard work but also gave me the confidence to focus on my career aspirations without compromise," Shah said of the opportunity. "Additionally, it connected me with a network of inspiring women in finance, reinforcing my commitment to mentoring and supporting others in the industry."
Numerix will award the scholarship to a Master's or PhD student in a finance-related program. Applications open on April 9 and close on May 30. The winner will be announced in August. Candidates must have under 10 years of work experience, less than five in finance, and be pursuing a career in asset management, risk management, fixed income, or derivatives finance.
