The number of financial institutions who have initiated their cloud journey has increased from 37% in 2020 to 91% by the end of 2023 (Source: Capgemini). However, this high rate of adoption and its corresponding investment does not necessarily translate to effective cloud adoption at scale. Over 50% of firms surveyed have only moved a minimal portion of their core business applications to the cloud.

Laure Darleguy
Laure Darleguy joined the Numerix Financial Engineering team in 2014, focusing on developing solutions to price vanilla and exotic derivative products, including market risk and valuation adjustment measures, using Numerix analytics. In addition, she performs consulting and professional service work for clients on bespoke solutions and training. Prior to joining Numerix, Ms. Darleguy specialized in new product creation and the pricing of exotic derivatives as a structurer on fixed income and foreign exchange desks for Societe Generale. During her tenure there she developed new payoffs to propose innovative solutions and widen product offerings to clients.
Ms. Darleguy holds a BSc in Mathematics from Pierre et Marie Curie University and an MSc in Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
Udi Sela
Udi Sela has been active in foreign exchange derivatives markets for over 25 years. As a senior derivatives trader and trading manager at Citibank and JPMorgan, he developed expertise in derivatives spanning both vanilla and complex FX options. After his trading career, he has led product development, pre-sales and business development functions within a range of financial software vendors. Mr. Sela is currently responsible for product and field marketing at Numerix.
