James Jockle, Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President at Numerix
As Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Marketing & Corporate Communications, Mr. Jockle leads the company’s global marketing and corporate communications efforts, spanning a diverse set of solutions and audiences. He oversees integrated marketing communications to clients in the largest global financial markets and to the Numerix partner network through the company's branding, electronic marketing, research, events, public relations, advertising and relationship marketing.
Since joining Numerix in 2008, Mr. Jockle has launched the organization’s award-winning thought leadership program, bringing to light challenges and insights from Numerix market experts. Mr. Jockle also hosts the Numerix Video Blog to tackle the challenges pressing the derivatives markets—from regulatory issues to trading strategies.
Prior to joining Numerix, he served as Managing Director of Global Marketing and Communications for Fitch Ratings. During his tenure at Fitch, Mr. Jockle built the firm’s public relations program, oversaw investor relations and led marketing and communications plans for several acquisitions. Prior to Fitch, Mr. Jockle was a member of the communications team at Moody's Investors Service.

Paul Sinthunont
Paul Sinthunont is an analyst at Aite Group, specializing in buy-side research. His focus is on portfolio systems, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), portfolio risk management, performance measurement, index management, and client reporting. Before joining Aite Group, Mr. Sinthunont was a research consultant at CoreData Research, where he led the research efforts covering trends in both intermediary and institutional investor channels. This included producing market insight reports, white papers, and thought leadership on various themes, including portfolio risk management, manager selection, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration, alternative investments, and factor investing. Mr. Sinthunont holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Manchester, an M.Sc in Economics from the University of Warwick, and an M.Sc in Public Policy from University College London. He is currently a candidate to complete Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. He is fluent in both English and Thai.
As Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Mr. Nelson is responsible for developing and driving enterprise agility, transformation and value creation across the product strategy, development and delivery teams. In this role, he works with all teams involved in the product life cycle, from ideation to the end of the cycle. Mr. Nelson is also charged with establishing transformative processes and strategies to enable Numerix to be more responsive to customer demands, as well as realigning and instilling a collaborative enterprise framework to improve productivity, transparency and accountability. In addition, he drives communication and training initiatives.
Prior to joining Numerix in 2020, Mr. Nelson was founder and principal of KWT Advisory LLC, which provided IT and business consultancy services to private equity, mid-size and start-up firms. He also served as CIO at Tempo Financial Holdings, a private equity-backed global MSB specializing in international remittances, bill payment and check cashing products. Prior to that, Mr. Nelson served as CTO of ICAP, where he spearheaded analytics and global market data services for the financial and commodity sectors.
He attended the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where he focused on mechanical engineering.
