New York, October 30, 2018Numerix, a fintech leader in capital markets technology, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has promoted Diane Redvanly to Chief Financial Officer.

Diane Redvanly served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining Numerix in June 2014. Ms. Redvanly’s prior role included the management of the firm’s finance, accounting and investment relations functions globally.

Prior to joining Numerix, Ms. Redvanly held senior finance and accounting positions at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and the Bank of New York. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Controllers Leadership Roundtable, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
