Miriam Guinane

Chief Counsel, Senior Vice President

As Numerix’s Chief Counsel and Senior Vice President, Ms. Guinane manages the global Numerix legal team and is responsible for advising senior management on legal, employment and governance matters. She also  collaborates with the Numerix business teams to enhance growth and streamline the Contract Lifecycle Management system. Ms. Guinane joined the Numerix legal team in 2014 as Corporate Counsel and has over 10 years of corporate law experience.

She obtained her B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Dublin Institute of Technology and qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. Ms. Guinane went on to work in private practice for five years in the areas of employment law, corporate law and litigation while lecturing part time in contract law and business law as part of degree program at the Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she pursued a career in technology sales, including at Hewlett Packard resellers and Dell Computers as a Senior Account Manager, which gave her a deep understanding of the technology sales cycle.
