Mark Ronan

Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Change

Mark Ronan joined Numerix in 2018 to fill a newly created role as head of Numerix’s Global Project Management Office. In this capacity, Mr. Ronan oversees development initiatives supporting strategic products. He also helps manage the risk of the global development portfolio and facilitates change management initiatives that drive continuous improvement of Numerix’s global software delivery process.

Prior to joining Numerix, Mr. Ronan worked at Lab49 as Global Head of Consulting, where he was directly accountable to the CEO for the global management of consulting resources and the strategic development of all consulting capabilities. Before Lab49, Mr. Ronan was a director at Sapient Global Markets in its Derivatives Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for delivery in the North America theater and the development of Sapient's partnership with Murex.

Mr. Ronan also held senior roles at both buy and sell side financial institutions, including Credit Suisse and MetLife. While at Credit Suisse, he was the Head of Application Development for Global Data Management in the Asset Management division and also ran CSAM's Strategic Outsourcing Initiatives. At MetLife, Mr. Ronan was a Vice President in charge of Securities Trading and Decision Support Systems. In this role, he oversaw applications supporting trading, accounting, settlements, and securities lending for MetLife's $350 billion investment portfolio and its associated technology budget.  

Mr. Ronan holds a BA in French Language and Literature from Boston College. He also completed graduate level courses in computer science and mathematics at the NYU Courant Institute, and in finance at the NYU Stern School of Business.
